Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the person concerned in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR and the fulfilment of contractual obligations in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Data sharing with third parties
Google Analytics is used for website usage analysis and user experience optimization.
International data transfers
All personal data is stored and processed within the EU. No transfer of personal data is made outside the EU borders.
Retention period
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. In general, the retention period for personal data is 10 years according to § 147 AO, unless other legal retention obligations apply.

The competent supervisory authority is the Independent State Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
Authentication
We use Keycloak for authentication and storage of login data. No information is transmitted externally to Keycloak as a service provider.
Payment providers
Payment processing is carried out via the payment service providers PayPal and Stripe. Personal payment data is transferred to these providers to process the payment. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of PayPal and Stripe before making payments.
Age restrictions
The use of applications by Quantitative Semantics GmbH is only allowed for individuals over 18 years of age. When registering, users are required to provide their date of birth. This allows us to restrict access by minors.
Changes to the privacy policy
Changes to this privacy policy will be notified to users by email. Users have the opportunity to object to the new regulations within 14 days of receiving the email. If no objection is made within this period, the new data protection regulations are considered accepted. In the case of significant changes to the data protection regulations, users will again be asked for their consent.

Revocation of consent
